DIAGNOSE THAT THE STEERING CONTROL MODULE WAS SHORTED SO REPLACED IT AND STILL NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY SO SPENT ALOT OF TIME TRACING WIRE PER WIRING DIAGRAM BACK TO THE BODY CONTROL MODULE TO FIND THE THE BCM HAD BEEN WET AND GOTTEN CORRODED SO HAD TO CLEAN AND REPAIR ALL CONNECTIONS TO THE BCM
